At Early Rider, we want to ensure your young adventurer is perfectly matched with their new bike. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the bike or accessory back in its original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the return for quality assurance, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
